If your order is delivered late, you may be entitled to a refund of delivery costs. Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail tracked express are not guaranteed services, and will be refunded only if time delays are unreasonable.
Guaranteed next-day services (Royal Mail Special Delivery, and any other special timed services) always include entitlement to a full refund, no questions asked. Please note that all orders for next-day services must be placed before 8:30am to ensure delivery. If late delivery means the goods are no longer required, a refund will be issued for the full order, provided that the order is not accepted upon delivery.
Corenec Ltd cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is at fault. We will not offer compensation or be held accountable unless we have signed a contract guaranteeing delivery.
